Greentree Village

The Greentree development consists of 58 townhomes, 5 single family homes, and a commercial building (up to ~30,000 sq ft).

The pre-concept sketch plan was approved by the Town Council in September 2022 in a 4-1 vote (Galletti, Reed, Poirier, Munder - Yea; Domotor - Nay).

Next steps:

• Developer submits pattern book, concept plan, and application for water and sewer allocation to Planning Commission & Town Staff

• Planning Commission approves/disapproves concept plan at a public meeting.

• Planning Commission conducts APFO review of the development.
